DDA runs one of Denmark's most respected digital competitions, but the process behind it wasn't built to match. Case submissions, jury coordination, and ticket sales were all handled through different systems, creating extra work and unnecessary complexity. As the competition grew, relying on disconnected tools wasn't just inefficient—it increased the risk of mistakes and made managing the event much harder than it needed to be.

Built a custom WordPress plugin tailored to DDA's entire competition workflow.
Created dedicated dashboards for participants, jury members, and chairmen, each with role-specific access.
Implemented secure, time-based online voting with category-specific permissions.
Integrated Stripe payments and a complete ticketing system into a single seamless experience.

Solution

We replaced multiple disconnected tools with one platform. Participants submit cases through their dashboard, jury members review and vote only on their assigned categories, and chairmen track the entire competition in real time. Stripe payments and ticket sales are fully integrated. Today, the platform supports 5,000+ users, has processed 15,000+ case submissions, and powers DDA's entire award cycle from start to finish.
